This is a cleanse for people that love to eat. It is a seasonal food cleanse that encourages 3 meals a day everyday.  I have been teaching this cleanse for years in Oregon.  I love sharing this ancient sacred knowledge that has helped so many.

I work with individuals who want customized solutions for healing themselves naturally. Drawing on my Ayurvedic, Yogic and Herbal training as well as my personal experience of improving my own health with these sciences, I help people sharpen their own internal listening skills so they can give their body what it needs to be its best. I studied at Kripalu School of Ayurveda and The Ayurvedic Institute to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, as well as, at The Institute of Digestive Health to receive a Masters in Ayurvedic Digestion & Nutrition. 

Ayurveda and Yoga are time tested sciences that help us to create balance internally through a deep understanding and appreciation of nature.  We are all a part of nature and it is our recognition and understanding of our place in the natural world that helps us to regain balance and harmony.
