Why would you want to do a gentle Ayurvedic food cleanse?
Spring & Fall are very important transitions in nature as they are the beginning of a shift in the temperature, food and metabolic speed that your body needs to stay strong and healthy during the upcoming season. In the Ayurvedic cleanse we gently reset the digestive system and fat metabolism with food and daily practices to allow the body to easily let go of the toxins that could affect emotions, mental clarity and the immune system.
This 12-day food cleanse is about eating, moving and adjusting your life to give your body the support it needs during this critical seasonal juncture. In this class, we will use protocols from the oldest, continually practiced healthcare system in the world, Ayurveda. The Ayurvedic Cleanse is for people that love to eat.
This 3-class series is on Tuesday Evenings September 14th, 21st & 28th online from 4:00-5:30 p.m. PST, Pre-registration required for this two-week class (15th-29th).
We have an additional cleanse class in October. It will take place online, Tuesday Evenings, October 12th, 19th & 26th. This 3-class series will be held from 4:00-5:30 PST.
